ACS was asked by the director of an arts centre in Michigan to transport an orchestra on a round-trip to Miami for a concert performance. The client normally used scheduled services, but the timings were inconvenient and they wanted the flexibility of a private charter.

Route: Traverse City > Miami > Traverse City
Aircraft: Boeing B737-400
Within an hour of receiving the request, we had chartered a narrow-body Boeing B737-400 with enough seats to accommodate the 150 passengers and their luggage and equipment. We looked into bringing the return flight forward by a day or two, as the client was worried the group would get stuck in Miami if rising coronavirus cases triggered travel restrictions, but in the end we stuck with the original timings and everything ran smoothly.
